The beautiful views, quick access to the beach, the private beach (!!), and the spacious rooms and bathrooms really made the stay memorable ☺️. We had 14 people in total and we all were VERY comfortable and not crowded at all;  the multiple gathering/living spaces were GREAT with such a big group of people. You can tell the property is fairly new (as some of the listed amenities weren't available just yet), but the staff at Downtime made it a point to provide all that we needed and a little extra. The gentleman that helped us the first night we arrived was SUPER helpful with getting settled in, providing recommendations, and showing us around.
