We drove 12 hours to PCB and some things affected our stay and no solution was provided. Our 2nd day, the golf cart was taken and not given back for the remainder of the trip. We took it to the beach and when leaving the beach, the cart was gone. We were stressed for 20 min, thinking it was stolen. We were given no warning, no message from the host, until after I reached out,  but even they seemed confused as to where it was. After 10 min, they messaged me saying we were observed using it at overcapacity so the “vendor” decided to confiscate it. I apologized for not abiding by the rules/regulations but was very displeased to be treated like a child. The golf cart was a big part of why we chose this house due to my mom’s limited mobility.
