Guest size of 18, we found overall the accommodation was good. There was plenty of room for everyone and for the most part we were satisfied with our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The check out process didn’t require us to clean up excessively which was a great. We couldn’t give the place 5 stars because of a few things 1) Check in code was not correct, however easily fixable host communicated quickly 2) The main tv in the living room was not able to connect to the wifi properly and when we had brought it up the answering service was not helpful. Not a big issue, but adds to my next point 3) The freezer was not working well resulting in a lot of our groceries going bad (that’s a lot of money and waste!). We confirmed that the door was properly closed. When we brought it to their attention, they were not helpful at all and then not send anyone out to our knowledge to check on the freezer. TLDR; place would have been 5 stars if communication was better.
