The home is beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The golf cart is great! But there are no beach chairs or umbrellas so come prepared. Also no stroller as advertised so if you need one bring one.

Great place to stay.

First off, this house is beautiful! We had a group of 12 and it fit us all perfectly. The kids had spacious rooms and LOVED the built in bunk beds. The bathrooms were large and perfect for young kids. The pool was a plus. The golf cart was such a convenience to shuttle us to and from the beach & for quick runs for breakfast at Thomas’. We’ve been coming to PCB for 10 years now and this was by far our favorite stay!

The house is nice and large which we appreciated. The golf cart was indispensable for getting back-and-forth to the beach. My biggest issue was that I reached out before I made the reservation and asked if there were beach chairs and umbrella for this particular rental. I was assured there was and that’s why we chose it so we would not have to go get a complete set up for the beach. The week before we were going, I reached out again and they said no they did not have any of that now. As a good host, they should have went and purchased the supplies as we were already promised they had them. We ended up having to spend a couple hundred dollars getting all the supplies so we could sit at the beach for the week. The house is furnished, but very simply and lack things such as games or a game room or books as it states on the listing.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Exceptionally clean and quick response time from the host for any questions we had.

Great place and close to the beach! Its very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The pool is good size compared with other places we've stayed. The golf cart was a huge plus. Beds are comfy. There isnt a huge list of things to do before you check out. And the host is super responsive, kind and helpful. We were very happy with this place!
