Great family spot pool was perfect for kids. Great customer service and responsiveness from host as well!

We had three families stay this week and the trip was perfect! The location is wonderful. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. We actually decided we liked it better being where we were than the main strip, as it was quiet! The house is laid out perfect for three families. Plenty of common spaces, every child had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. <br/>We had walked to the beach daily and could hop back to the house for lunch or snacks. The private beach access is wonderful. It was never crowded even during spring break. <br/>We loved having two sets of washers and dryers. Came in so handy! The kitchen was wonderful to prepare and hang out. Kids loved the pool also. Overall this was a great trip and we will for sure return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Downtime! Plenty of space for a bigger group of people, with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The house truly was stunning! The golf cart was a bonus and made getting to the beach a lot simpler. The pool and outside area of the house were awesome. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house was exactly as described and how it appeared in the pictures. The use of the golf-cart made getting to the beach everyday a breeze and the pool was beautiful. <br/>Any concerns were resolved by the host immediately and communication was always prompt and friendly.

Everything my family and I wanted! Extremely nice furnishings with every amenity you could ask for! The views of the gulf are fantastic, we had an absolute blast!!

My family, husband, two young children, and I stayed here for six weeks and it truly became our home for a short amount of time. The home was beautiful and it had enough space to have family visit. We had the pool heated and it was so wonderful having the pool just steps from the back door. The beach is only less than a mile away so taking daily walks as a family to the beach became one of our daily routines! <br/>The host was always responsive and willing to help. We would definitely visit again!

Overall, the house was really nice. It was clean. Great location, steps from the beach. LSV was awesome to have to drive down to Seaside and Watercolor areas. Cons: Many, many steps so consider this if elderly. The ice maker in the kitchen didn't work- host was notified. The main problem we had was the check in time was not honored, the host and his crew were cleaning the house when we arrived at the agreed upon check in time. My elderly parents were not expecting to wait an hour or so after a long drive to get in the house. This was unfortunate as we would have made other plans if we had been notified of their delay.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family vacation.

The host was friendly and very responsive. It was a great place to host our family. The home was very clean, making it easy for everyone to settle in. We enjoyed the pool, which provided a perfect setting for our gatherings and relaxation.
