The house was absolutely awesome—beautifully furnished, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. My kids especially loved having their own space and spent countless hours enjoying the private pool.The kitchen was fully equipped, and the grill made mealtime a breeze. One of our favorite parts was being able to use the golf cart to get around—such a fun and convenient way to explore the area!The owner was also fantastic—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. If you're planning a stay in the Panama City area, this home is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredible Stay Our stay at Casa Blanca was nothing short of amazing. The house was everything we needed plus more. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the golf cart made getting around a breeze. The house was fully stocked with little bonus items that makes Downtime Rentals standout from all the rest! The fam and I had the best time staying at Casa Blanca!!

this was our first family vacation with 12 people and it was so hard to find the perfect spot, but Casa Blanca was beyond our expectations. The pool was perfectly sized for our bunch and the kids loved it! A bonus for parents - the sliding door had an alarm to notify any time it was opening. The beds were.. lets just say we did not want to get up every morning. Any issue we came across the host was more than accessible and communicated in a timely manner. We cannot wait to visit again!

Great place to stay in PCB!

Everything described and the photos taken are exactly how it is. We had a great time and will use this location again. The toiletries were a nice touch and the check in and out process were hassle free. The golf cart was clutch for beach transport.

We had such a great stay! The place was clean, comfy, and just what we were looking for. The host made everything easy and welcoming. We’d happily come back again!

We stayed at the NEWLY built and beautiful Casa Blanca house near Laguna Beach right after Christmas with our family of 10, including an infant. We met Brady when we arrived to the property. A bottle of champagne and a welcome note awaited us on the kitchen counter. The location of the house is great and is not far from beach access 77. We walked to the beach several days. We also loved having the heated pool. The house is gorgeously decorated and perfect for the number of people we had. It's a new build so everything is new and clean. The beds were all super comfortable. The master bedroom (king size) is on the main level with an en suite. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a king size bed and a smart tv. The bunk room (the third upstairs bedroom) has a smart tv as well. Brady with Downtime Vacation Rentals was great to work with! He surprised us on the 2nd day with doughnuts. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We will for sure be back.

My family had a great stay! The host was very responsive. The house was beautifully decorated and very felt very much like home away from home. The only negative about the stay was the amount of stray cats in the neighborhood but thats uncontrollable. Overall we give this a 5/5! We will be back! Thank you.
