Shell's Beach House

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels luxury at first glance. The location is perfect, communication was excellent, and the golf cart was such a fun and convenient touch. We really did enjoy our time here.<br/>One thing we wish we had known ahead of time, though, is that many of the basic necessities are only stocked for a very short stay. Items like toilet paper, trash bags, olive oil, salt and pepper, and toiletries were provided in very limited quantities. For a longer stay, this meant we needed to purchase full-size replacements across the board, which was unexpected given the otherwise high-end experience.<br/>This isn’t a complaint as much as a heads-up for future guests. If you’re staying more than a couple of days, plan to pick up these basics early so there are no surprises.<br/>That said, this is still a lovely property with great hosts, and we’re grateful for the experience!

Overall, the house was really nice. It was clean. Great location, steps from the beach. LSV was awesome to have to drive down to Seaside and Watercolor areas. Cons: Many, many steps so consider this if elderly. The ice maker in the kitchen didn't work- host was notified. The main problem we had was the check in time was not honored, the host and his crew were cleaning the house when we arrived at the agreed upon check in time. My elderly parents were not expecting to wait an hour or so after a long drive to get in the house. This was unfortunate as we would have made other plans if we had been notified of their delay.

The host was friendly and very responsive. It was a great place to host our family. The home was very clean, making it easy for everyone to settle in. We enjoyed the pool, which provided a perfect setting for our gatherings and relaxation.

host was super responsive with any issues, concerns and also provided great recommendations for things to do in the area along 30a. The bnb was clean and look like the listing photos and we were a stones throw away from the beach. we definitely enjoyed our time!

Pretty, modern house with everything we needed.

Incredible Stay Our stay at Casa Blanca was nothing short of amazing. The house was everything we needed plus more. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the golf cart made getting around a breeze. The house was fully stocked with little bonus items that makes Downtime Rentals standout from all the rest! I would definitely rent this property again and recommend this company to others! Thanks so much for a fabulous stay!
