The house was perfect and they make the check out so easy i was very impressed and will use this company again
Everything was perfect and Downtime was very helpful and responsive to all requests
Check in was at 4. Arrived at the property at 4 and cleaning crew was still there. Property was not ready until like 4:30. Trash was left behind under couches and beds. Also, pool was not cleaned after previous people left. By day 2 pool was green and cleaning person didn't show up until around 4pm of day 3. We were not able to get it in the pool the third day until late afternoon. Overall it’s a very nice home. Very spacious and updated.
