Well-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Dogs must be fully potty trained
Prefer dogs 2 years or older
Crate-trained dogs preferred when left unattended
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages, which may result in additional fees

Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard, pool, and spa. The golf cart is included for guest use during your stay, along with designated parking.

Getting around is easy and fun with the included golf cart, perfect for quick trips to beach access points and nearby spots. A car is recommended for longer outings, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Panama City Beach.

• Pet-Friendly Home: Dogs only please. Per pet fee required (2 pets max).
• Private pool may be heated between October 1 and May 1 only for $75 per day. Pool and spa are heated together to 86 degrees maximum. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
• Starter Amenities: Bathroom and kitchen essentials are provided to get you started.
• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles.
• Check-In Form: A check-in form must be completed 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
• Safety Features: This home is equipped with a pool alarm as required by the state of Florida. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, Wi-Fi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm.
