Six spacious bedrooms are split across the third and fourth floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Four king suites offer a true hotel-quality feel with double vanities and walk-in showers, while two dedicated bunk rooms (each with four full-size bunks and individual TVs) give kids and teens their own space to spread out. In total, 7.5 bathrooms mean no one is waiting in line.

Kitchen & dining
The second-floor kitchen was built for real cooking and easy hangs. An oversized island seats six, with a large dining table for eight nearby. You get a gas stove, double dishwashers, a massive main fridge, a dedicated wine fridge, and an undercounter ice maker. A ground-floor kitchenette by the game room handles snacks and drinks without anyone having to go upstairs.

Living & entertainment
The main living area is bright and open, anchored by a 70" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Fourteen Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home mean everyone can stream or game on their own terms. The first-floor game room comes loaded with arcade-style games, board games, a beverage fridge, and its own ice maker — it tends to become the unofficial headquarters of every trip.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private heated pool and hot tub, six sun loungers, two outdoor showers, and a covered patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining for six. Toss some cornhole. Sip your coffee on a balcony overlooking the pool with the gulf breeze rolling through. This is the part of the trip no one wants to leave.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home — all five floors, the private heated pool and hot tub, covered patio with BBQ grill, and all parking in the driveway (up to 4 vehicles) , including one EV charging spot). Entry is via smart lock; your personal code will be sent before check-in. A doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for security.

Golf cart rentals are available within one block — the easiest and most fun way to explore the area. Most of what you'll need is within a 5–10 minute drive, and the beach is always the fastest walk.
