Six spacious bedrooms are split across the third and fourth floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Four king suites offer a true hotel-quality feel with double vanities and walk-in showers, while two dedicated bunk rooms (each with four full-size bunks and individual TVs) give kids and teens their own space to spread out. In total, 7.5 bathrooms mean no one is waiting in line.

Kitchen & dining
The second-floor kitchen was built for real cooking and easy hangs. An oversized island seats six, with a large dining table for eight nearby. You get a gas stove, double dishwashers, a massive main fridge, a dedicated wine fridge, and an undercounter ice maker. A ground-floor kitchenette by the game room handles snacks and drinks without anyone having to go upstairs.

Living & entertainment
The main living area is bright and open, anchored by a 70" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Fourteen Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home mean everyone can stream or game on their own terms. The first-floor game room comes loaded with arcade-style games, board games, a beverage fridge, and its own ice maker — it tends to become the unofficial headquarters of every trip.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private heated pool and hot tub, six sun loungers, two outdoor showers, and a covered patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining for six. Toss some cornhole. Golf cart rentals are available within one block — the easiest and most fun way to explore the area. Most of what you'll need is within a 5–10 minute drive, and the beach is always the fastest walk.
