You’ll have the entire home, the private pool and spa, the fenced pool deck, the covered outdoor lounge, the outdoor shower, the paver driveway with parking for 3–4 vehicles, the six-seat luxury golf cart, and the beach cruisers all to yourselves for the duration of your stay. Smart keypad entry means no fumbling with keys; just use the code we send before arrival.

You really don’t need to start the car once you arrive but here are your options:

• Foot: Public beach access is a 1–2 minute walk across Front Beach Rd. Restaurants, ice cream shops, and a market are within a 5–10 minute walk.
• Golf Cart: Your six-seat street-legal cart is the easiest way to get up and down Front Beach Rd. Charges overnight in the driveway.
• Bikes: Five beach cruisers live on-site. Take the Gulf Coast Parkway bike path east or west for miles of safe, flat riding.
• Car: Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about 35 minutes east. Pensacola International (PNS) is about 1 hour 45 minutes west.
• Ride share: Uber and Lyft both run reliably in the area.

• Pool heating is available for this property from Oct 1-May 1 only for $85 per day** Pool and spa are heated together to 86 degrees maximum. Must be requested in advance.

• No pets permitted.

• Safety Features: This home is equipped with a pool alarm as required by the state of Florida. Do not interfere with exterior safety devices, Wi-Fi equipment, pool systems, or the pool alarm.
