• Downtime Laguna Tides, a six-bedroom in Laguna Beach a couple of minutes' walk across Front Beach Road from a public access, comes with a six-seat street-legal golf cart and five beach cruisers. The bunk room is king-over-two-queens, which absorbs a pile of kids without anyone on a sofa.
